Had to order new car as no cars with required specification. I had to do chasing about where we were with order. Monthly cost on PCP was worked out some months ago and was assured monthly premiums would come down. But did not come down.

The salesman told us the car had the Harman Kardon sound system. On collection it didn't. He brushed of our complaint and said the standard kit was good! No dual zone aircon (he said it could be configured). Paint protection not done properly.

I'm new to BMW Group 1 in Lincoln for servicing my X5, they also support our Mini which we have done so for a number of years. The service provided by Eloise for the X5 was superb, so much so I ended up purchasing a service plan for it 2 days later.
